Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce
We've been really busy dealing with Ivan, so I haven't been able to cook much in January. I missed cooking. This morning, I made Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce for breakfast. I really enjoyed getting back in the kitchen and making it. Hehe. I got the recipe off Tastespotting - you can click here for the recipe.
