Pork Omlette w/ Veggies

I haven't been inspired to cook lately (it must be my unemployment status). I've been eating lots of eggs because they're easy and fast. I made an easy meal with some ground pork, eggs, and veggies w/ oyster sauce.

Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce

We've been really busy dealing with Ivan, so I haven't been able to cook much in January. I missed cooking. This morning, I made Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce for breakfast. Cheese Eggs with Pancetta

I used some pancetta to make some breakfast.
Eggs, pancetta, bell peppers, onions, mozzarella and asiago cheese.
